All Sales are Final. There are no Refunds or Returns on products and / or services. No call / No shows are automatic forfeitures of any service to be rendered. If you are anticipating being 15 minutes late, we will need to reschedule your appointment and a $25 fee will be assessed. If you are less than 15 minutes late, that time will cut into your treatment(s). By using our online booking system, you agree to all terms and policies regarding refunds, sales, timeliness, rules, regulations, protocols, and procedures.
If you need to modify your scheduled treatment(s), do not attempt to do this by editing your appointment time through the online calendar. Doing so will not guarantee your appointment has changed on our end. Please call us at 510-795-1804 or send us a message as soon as possible if there is a discrepancy regarding your scheduled service.
Additionally, appointment times are occasionally modified by our scheduler to your 2nd date/time preference if a conflict exists for your first choice date/time preference.
