All Sales are Final. There are no Refunds or Returns on products and / or services. No call /  No shows are automatic forfeitures of any service to be rendered. If you are anticipating being 15 minutes late, we will need to reschedule your appointment and a $25 fee will be assessed. If you are less than 15 minutes late, that time will cut into your treatments.
