Gift cards cannot be redeemed online at this time. If you have a digital gift card, physical gift card, or gift certificate, please call us at 510-795-1804 to validate and apply it toward your treatment. For third-party gift cards such as SpaWeek, SpaFinder, Groupon, or others, you must call and provide your gift card details over the phone before booking.
All Sales Are Final. There are no refunds or returns on products and/or services. No-call / No-shows automatically forfeit any scheduled service. If you anticipate being 15 minutes late or more, we will need to reschedule your appointment, and a $50 fee will be assessed. If you arrive less than 15 minutes late, that time will be deducted from your treatment(s). By using our online booking system, you agree to all terms and policies regarding refunds, sales, timeliness, rules, regulations, protocols, and procedures. If you need to change or modify your scheduled treatment(s), please call 510-795-1804 or send us a message as soon as possible if there is a discrepancy regarding your scheduled service.
Occasionally, appointment times may be modified by our scheduler to your second date/time preference if a conflict exists with your first choice. If you need further clarification or wish to discuss alternative options, please contact ron@cadayspa.com.
