⚠️ Important Notice:

We want to ensure that all our valued clients are well-informed about our company policy regarding sales and appointments. Whether you book online, over the phone, in person, or via email, please note that these terms and policies will apply, and we consider all sales as final. We are dedicated to providing the best service and products, and we appreciate your understanding as we clarify our policy.

By using our convenient online booking system and opting in to receive SMS messages, you acknowledge and willingly agree to adhere to our comprehensive terms and policies. These terms encompass refunds, sales, timeliness, rules, regulations, protocols, and procedures, all of which have been carefully crafted to provide a seamless experience.

To be crystal clear, our policy is that we do not offer any refunds or returns for products and services under any circumstances, without exceptions. All products and services sold on our website are final sales. Once an order or booking is placed, it signifies a final sale and agreement on your part. 

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds under any circumstances. We are committed to maintaining the highest quality of service and products, and this policy allows us to continue to provide you with the exceptional care you deserve.  We urge you to review your order and/or booking carefully before completing your purchase.

Order Accuracy

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at ron@cadayspa.com or 510-795-1804. We will address the issue promptly to ensure you receive the correct product in perfect condition.

We reserve the right to adjust, modify, add, remove, or alter services and pricing at our discretion without prior notice. 

💡Cancellation Policy:

A minimum 24-hour notice is required for all appointment cancellations. Failure to provide this notice will result in a fee based on the time and day of your scheduled visit. Cancellation on your part does not constitute any type of refund. We will work with you to reschedule your appointment which may result in a delay of your spa treatment depending on availability.

Furthermore, we kindly request your understanding on another aspect of our policy: "no call" or "no-show" appointments. If you miss an appointment without prior notice, it results in an automatic forfeiture of the scheduled service, including any financial investment made. This policy is in place to ensure that our therapists and staff can effectively manage their schedules and to honor our commitment to all our clients.

⏰ Timeliness Policy:

If you anticipate being 15 minutes late for your appointment, we kindly request that you inform us in advance. In such cases, we will need to reschedule your appointment, and a fee will be assessed based on the date and time of the original appointment. For weekend reschedules, the fees are greater due to the higher demand in appointments from our valued clients. If you are less than 15 minutes late, the remaining time will be allotted to your treatments accordingly.
