If you anticipate being 15 minutes late for your appointment, we kindly request that you inform us in advance. For weekend reschedules, the fees are greater due to the higher demand in appointments from our valued clients. If you are less than 15 minutes late, the remaining time will be allotted to your treatments accordingly.
